You receive a magic link at your work email. Clicking it signs you in and establishes your portal automatically — there is no password to remember.
The first sign-in personalises everything: AIRA reads your case, builds your timeline, and prepares the document checklist specific to your destination and visa route.
Adding your family
Open My Move → Family and add your spouse and each dependent. Every family member gets their own document set, immigration track, and — for school-age children — school and healthcare workflows.
You only enter each person once; AIRA partitions documents and reminders per member so nothing gets mixed up.
What happens next
AIRA proactively flags what is missing or expiring (passport validity, visa coverage, apostille) and drafts the messages you need to send. You review and send — you are always in control of anything that leaves the system.
