One codebase, four populations

Persona = data, not code

Every staff user has personas[] resolving sidebar + landing + KPIs. Junior consultants do not see Immigration AT ALL. Admin configures per user — no ship-blocking refactors.

Open-source-first stack

No paid lock-ins for core inference. tesseract.js (OCR), Whisper-via-Groq (ASR), Coqui XTTS / Groq playai-tts (TTS), Postgres job queue (no Inngest). 60+ concurrent users without rate-limit risk.
