How pricing actually works
Pricing scales with the only thing that matters operationally: how many active assignees your team is carrying right now. An “active assignee” is any case in the onboarded → settling-in → mid-tour → renewal stages. Closed and cancelled cases stop counting the moment they leave the active set, so a quiet quarter doesn't bill like a busy one. AIRA tool calls, voice minutes, document parses, vendor seats, and RMC dashboards are all unmetered, we never want to be in the position of charging you per unit of useful work.
Seat tiers track to the typical org shapes we see. Starter ($99) suits a small RMC running ~25 cases with two coordinators. Growth ($399) handles ~100 cases with five coordinators plus a manager view. Scale ($1,499) supports the 200-800 case range with full department persona splits, AIRA voice fingerprints per coordinator, and a dedicated EU data residency option. Enterprise contracts are shaped around the dual-tenant ikan + RMC arrangement most multinationals need; we publish the term sheet on request.
Annual contracts get a 12% discount and a six-eyes governance review with our team before renewal. We bill in USD, EUR, INR, GBP, AED and SGD; invoices include FX-locked line items and reverse-charge VAT handling for EU customers. The contract is published in plain-English alongside the legal version. There is no auto-escalation language and no penalty to right-size down a tier mid-term, if your case load shrinks, your bill shrinks the same month.
Pricing questions
- What counts as an "active assignee"?
- Any case in stage onboarded → settling-in → mid-tour → renewal. Closed and cancelled cases stop counting the moment they leave the active set.
- Can we pay annually?
- Yes, annual contracts get a 12% discount and a six-eyes governance review with our team before renewal. Talk to us for the agreement.
- Do all four portals come standard?
- Yes. Assignee, RMC, vendor and ops portals are included on every paid plan. Vendor seats are unmetered, invite as many service partners as you need.
- How does the seat overage work?
- Each plan includes a seat baseline. Additional seats bill at the per-seat rate listed on the tier and prorate the same way Stripe does, no surprise lock-in invoices.
- Is AIRA usage metered?
- No. AIRA tool-call volume is included on every plan. We rate-limit only to protect runaway loops, never as a billing lever.
- What about EU data residency?
- Scale and Enterprise customers can pin compute to eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) and storage to Supabase Frankfurt. Starter and Growth share the multi-region default.
