ikan is small, senior, and shipping the trillion-dollar bar across web, desktop and mobile. Most roles are remote-first; we cluster in Bengaluru and Singapore for working sessions a few times a year.

How we hire

    Async first round

    Async written exercise — practical, two hours, on something the team actually shipped last quarter. No hypothetical brain-teasers.

  2. 2

    Working session

    A 90-minute paired session with two future colleagues. We work on a real ticket. You learn the codebase; we learn how you think.

  3. 3

    Founder chat

    60 minutes with the CAIO. Vision, expectations, your trajectory. Two-way.

  4. 4

    References + offer

    We call your references. If the signal is right we send the offer the same day; you have a week to decide.
